Warranty Replacement Head (Claim Required)

Internal use — warranty claims only. This product is not for sale and is not visible in the store. It is added to draft orders by 5LAX staff after an approved warranty claim (5LAX.com/Warranty).

Each variant is priced at the head's fair market value so order records and customs declarations document the true value; a 100% discount is applied at draft-order time so the customer pays $0.

For international (Canada) shipments: on the customs form, declare the FMV with the note "Warranty replacement — no charge to recipient; value for customs purposes only" and reference the original order number. Replacement goods supplied at no charge under a warranty arrangement qualify for GST/HST import relief.
