Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders ship from our fulfillment location in North Carolina, United States.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Orders under $50: $8.99 flat rate
  • Orders $50 and over: FREE shipping

Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days after processing. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order subtotal reaches $50 before taxes.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Delivery times vary by country and are typically 7-21 business days after processing.

Customs, duties and taxes: 5Lax is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by your local customs authority.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at help@5lax.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve it.

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Returns

See our Refund Policy for full details. In short: 30 days from the date of order, unused and in the condition shipped. Email help@5lax.com to schedule a return before sending anything back — returns sent without prior arrangement may not be able to be processed.
