5LAX “Lifetime-ish” Warranty

At 5LAX, we build gear that rips hard and lasts long. The RC1 head is no exception. That’s why we back every RC1 with our Lifetime-ish Warranty — a simple promise that if your RC1 breaks during normal use, we’ll replace it.

What’s Covered

  • Any RC1 lacrosse head sold by 5LAX or any of our authorized resellers

  • Breakage or cracking from regular play

  • Warping that makes the head unplayable

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage from extreme abuse (like running it over or melting it with a torch)

  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs, dye fading)

  • Heads modified in any way (drilled, shaved, baked, etc.)

  • Loss or theft

How To Submit a Claim

Send an email to chris@5lax.com with:

  • A couple photos of the damaged head

  • A brief note on what happened

  • (Optional but helpful) Proof of purchase or where you got it

We’ll review your request and send you a free replacement RC1 or similar model if it qualifies.

How Long Does It Last?

For now, this warranty covers all RC1 heads, indefinitely — meaning we’ll honor it as long as we’re able to support it. If that ever changes, we’ll update this page, but we will still cover heads bought while this policy was active.
