Why stringers like it
The sidewall holes are numbered. That sounds like a small thing until your first stringing job, when the guide says "anchor at hole 7" and you're counting holes from the scoop for the third time. On the RC1, you find the number and go. Any guide or video that calls out holes by number, you can follow straight through. And if the pocket comes out bad, unstring it and start again. The head doesn't care.
