Black mesh, orange shooters and an orange-and-blue shell give this Nosch Pockets build a clear visual identity. Here is a closer look at 5LAX RC1 INK Ember, item OO-0067, with the materials and maker recorded alongside the actual finished head.
The build record
- Head: 5LAX RC1 INK, Ember print.
- Stringer: Teddy Nosch of Nosch Pockets.
- Mesh: black StringKing Type 5X, as recorded in this item's product listing.
- Stringing: black sidewalls and top string, with two orange braided shooting strings.
- Item reference: OO-0067, a one-off strung head.
Look at the head from more than one angle
The front photograph shows how the colors work together: the black mesh sits inside a shell with orange, blue, black and light-colored graphic details, while two bright orange shooters cross the upper pocket. The side view adds information that a front photograph cannot show as clearly, including the pocket's profile and the path of the sidewall string.
Give the stringer credit
This pocket was strung by Teddy Nosch, credited in the listing as one of 5LAX's partner stringers. Recording the maker matters because the finished build includes decisions beyond the head and mesh: attachment points, tension and the way the pocket is finished all belong in a proper build record.
These photographs show the finished piece rather than a step-by-step pattern. To record your own RC1 build, begin with the RC1 numbered-hole guide and note the actual materials and each attachment as you work.
Use the details as a design starting point
For a visual comparison, ask three concrete questions: which color does the shell contribute, which color does the mesh contribute, and where do the shooters draw your eye? OO-0067 gives one answer with black mesh and orange accents. Keeping photographs and a materials list makes those choices easier to compare across future builds.
