Broke your head? That's what the Lifetime-ish Warranty is for. Fill this out and we'll get you a new one.

How it works

  1. Submit this form. Then reply to your confirmation email with 2–3 photos of the break — claims without photos take longer.
  2. We review it. Usually within a couple of days. You'll hear back either way — approved or not, with the reason.
  3. Approved? We add the replacement head to a checkout under your email, free. No discount codes to type. You just open the link we send and pay shipping.

Heads up on shipping: the replacement head is free — shipping is on you. That's $8.99 flat in the US. Canada and everywhere else costs more; you'll see the exact rate at checkout before you pay.

Covers breakage, cracking, and warping under normal use. Doesn't cover abuse (run over, torched), cosmetic wear, mods (drilled, shaved, baked), or loss. Full terms on the warranty page.
